Effective and last updated: 18 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Feedliyo (“Feedliyo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of:
- the Website at https://feedliyo.com;
- the Plugins: Feedliyo – Social Feed & Product Feed Lite and Pro;
- Connect, our sign-in service at https://connect.feedliyo.com;
- the Developer apps named “Feedliyo” on TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), Google (YouTube, Google Photos), X, and Pinterest;
- support, documentation, and updates
Together these are the “Services”. By installing a Plugin, connecting an account, buying a license, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The same Terms are published at https://feedliyo.com/terms-of-service/ and https://connect.feedliyo.com/terms-of-service.
1. The Services
Feedliyo is a WordPress plugin that lets a website owner (a) display their own content from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Google Photos, X, and Pinterest on their own website, and (b) turn their WooCommerce products into catalogs for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. The Lite plugin is free. Pro is a paid add-on that unlocks extra layouts and features. Connect handles the official sign-in step for each social platform and returns access to the website that asked for it. Our developer apps are read-only: they never post, comment, message, follow, like, or delete anything.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. The Services are meant for website owners, businesses, and professionals, not for children. You must not use the Services if you are barred from doing so by law or by the rules of any platform you connect.
3. Plugin licenses
- Lite is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later and is distributed through WordPress.org.
- Pro code is also licensed under the GPL v2 or later. Your purchase gives you a license key that entitles you, for the plan’s term and number of sites, to download Pro, receive updates, and get support. The GPL governs your rights in the code; these Terms govern the key, updates, support, and Connect.
- License keys are personal to you. Do not share, resell, or publish them. We may deactivate keys that are shared, abused, or bought fraudulently.
- Our names, logos, and branding are not covered by the GPL (see section 11).
4. Purchases, renewals, and refunds
- Reseller: Pro is sold through Freemius, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record and handles payment, invoices, and sales tax or VAT. Freemius’s checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
- Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added at checkout.
- Annual plans renew automatically each year at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date in your account or by emailing us. If you cancel, your license keeps working until the end of the paid period, and after that you can keep using the version you have but will not receive updates or support.
- Lifetime plans include updates and support for as long as we continue to develop and sell Feedliyo Pro, for the number of sites in the plan. They are not a promise to run the product forever.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund. Renewals can be refunded within 30 days of the renewal date. Refunds deactivate the license. We may refuse refunds for abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund.
- Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law where you live.
5. Connect and connected accounts
- Connect is free to use with the Plugins. You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Connect sends you to each platform’s own sign-in and consent screen. You decide which permissions to grant there.
- Access tokens are returned to the WordPress site that started the sign-in and are stored on that site, encrypted. You are responsible for securing that site. Connect does not keep tokens.
- You can disconnect an account at any time in WordPress (Feedliyo → Accounts → Remove) and revoke our app on the platform.
- You must not call Connect from anything other than our Plugins, automate it, overload it, or use it to obtain tokens for accounts you do not control.
6. Social channel terms
Each social platform is a separate company with its own rules. When you connect a channel, the following applies on top of the rest of these Terms. If a platform’s rules conflict with these Terms for content from that platform, the platform’s rules win.
6.1 TikTok
- What the app does: uses TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Display API to show the site owner’s own TikTok profile header and video grid on their WordPress site, with each video linking back to TikTok.
- Permissions: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list. We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: post, upload, edit, or delete videos; read direct messages, comment text, drafts, or private videos; access other users’ accounts; or use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
- Your obligations: connect only an account you own or manage; display only content you have the right to show; keep the attribution and links back to TikTok that the plugin adds; do not change content so that it misrepresents the original; and remove content from your site when the platform or the rights holder asks.
- Fresh content: the plugin refreshes feeds on a schedule so that deleted or privatized posts disappear from your site. Do not turn off refresh or keep copies of content after you disconnect the account.
- Platform rules: by connecting you also agree to TikTok Privacy Policy, TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Developer Terms.
- Revoking: In the TikTok app go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (Manage app permissions), select Feedliyo, and remove access. Then remove the account in WordPress.
- Changes by the platform: TikTok controls its API and may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time. If that stops a feed from working, we will try to adapt, but we are not liable for the platform’s decisions.
6.2 Instagram
- What the app does: uses Instagram API with Instagram Login (and, for Pages-linked accounts, Instagram Graph API through Facebook Login) to show the site owner’s own Instagram feed on their WordPress site, link each post back to Instagram, and, if the owner chooses, attach their own WooCommerce products to posts as shoppable tags.
- Permissions: instagram_business_basic. We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: publish or delete posts, read or send direct messages, access personal (non-professional) accounts, or use Instagram data for advertising or profiling.
- Your obligations: connect only an account you own or manage; display only content you have the right to show; keep the attribution and links back to Instagram that the plugin adds; do not change content so that it misrepresents the original; and remove content from your site when the platform or the rights holder asks.
- Fresh content: the plugin refreshes feeds on a schedule so that deleted or privatized posts disappear from your site. Do not turn off refresh or keep copies of content after you disconnect the account.
- Platform rules: by connecting you also agree to Meta Privacy Policy, Instagram Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms.
- Revoking: In Instagram go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove Feedliyo. Then remove the account in WordPress.
- Changes by the platform: Meta Platforms controls its API and may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time. If that stops a feed from working, we will try to adapt, but we are not liable for the platform’s decisions.
Hashtag feeds (Pro) show public media returned by Instagram’s official Hashtag Search API. You are responsible for making sure you may display that content and for removing posts on request.
6.3 Facebook
- What the app does: uses Facebook Login and the Pages API to show posts from a Facebook Page the site owner manages on that owner’s WordPress site, linking each post back to Facebook.
- Permissions: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_read_user_content. We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: post to Pages or profiles, read Messenger conversations, manage ads, read personal profile timelines, or use Facebook data for advertising or profiling.
- Your obligations: connect only an account you own or manage; display only content you have the right to show; keep the attribution and links back to Facebook that the plugin adds; do not change content so that it misrepresents the original; and remove content from your site when the platform or the rights holder asks.
- Fresh content: the plugin refreshes feeds on a schedule so that deleted or privatized posts disappear from your site. Do not turn off refresh or keep copies of content after you disconnect the account.
- Platform rules: by connecting you also agree to Meta Privacy Policy, Facebook Terms, Meta Platform Terms.
- Revoking: On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), and remove Feedliyo. Then remove the account in WordPress.
- Changes by the platform: Meta Platforms controls its API and may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time. If that stops a feed from working, we will try to adapt, but we are not liable for the platform’s decisions.
6.4 Threads
- What the app does: uses Threads API to show the site owner’s own Threads posts on their WordPress site, linking each post back to Threads.
- Permissions: threads_basic. We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: publish, reply, or delete posts, read replies or mentions from other users, or use Threads data for advertising or profiling.
- Your obligations: connect only an account you own or manage; display only content you have the right to show; keep the attribution and links back to Threads that the plugin adds; do not change content so that it misrepresents the original; and remove content from your site when the platform or the rights holder asks.
- Fresh content: the plugin refreshes feeds on a schedule so that deleted or privatized posts disappear from your site. Do not turn off refresh or keep copies of content after you disconnect the account.
- Platform rules: by connecting you also agree to Threads Supplemental Privacy Policy, Threads Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms.
- Revoking: In Threads go to Settings → Account → Website permissions, and remove Feedliyo. Then remove the account in WordPress.
- Changes by the platform: Meta Platforms controls its API and may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time. If that stops a feed from working, we will try to adapt, but we are not liable for the platform’s decisions.
6.5 YouTube
- What the app does: uses YouTube Data API v3 (Google OAuth), or a public channel URL with an API key or RSS to show the site owner’s YouTube channel header, videos, and playlists on their WordPress site, played through YouTube’s own embedded player.
- Permissions: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly. We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: upload, edit, or delete videos, manage comments or subscriptions, read private or unlisted videos, or use YouTube data for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
- Your obligations: connect only an account you own or manage; display only content you have the right to show; keep the attribution and links back to YouTube that the plugin adds; do not change content so that it misrepresents the original; and remove content from your site when the platform or the rights holder asks.
- Fresh content: the plugin refreshes feeds on a schedule so that deleted or privatized posts disappear from your site. Do not turn off refresh or keep copies of content after you disconnect the account.
- Platform rules: by connecting you also agree to YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Revoking: Go to your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, select Feedliyo, and remove access. Then remove the account in WordPress.
- Changes by the platform: Google controls its API and may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time. If that stops a feed from working, we will try to adapt, but we are not liable for the platform’s decisions.
Feedliyo uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features of the Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos play only in YouTube’s own embedded player.
6.6 Google Photos
- What the app does: uses Google Photos Picker API (Google OAuth) to show photos and videos the site owner hand-picked from their own Google Photos library as a gallery on their WordPress site.
- Permissions: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/photospicker.mediaitems.readonly, openid email and profile (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile). We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: browse, search, or download the rest of the user’s library, upload or edit media, read albums the user did not pick from, or use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
- Your obligations: connect only an account you own or manage; display only content you have the right to show; keep the attribution and links back to Google Photos that the plugin adds; do not change content so that it misrepresents the original; and remove content from your site when the platform or the rights holder asks.
- Fresh content: the plugin refreshes feeds on a schedule so that deleted or privatized posts disappear from your site. Do not turn off refresh or keep copies of content after you disconnect the account.
- Platform rules: by connecting you also agree to Google Privacy Policy, Google Terms of Service, Google API Services User Data Policy.
Only photos and videos you pick in Google’s Picker window are made available. Do not pick media you do not have the right to publish, such as photos of people who have not agreed to appear on your website.
6.7 X (formerly Twitter)
- What the app does: uses X API v2 with OAuth 2.0 (or an app-only bearer token the site owner supplies) to show the site owner’s own X posts on their WordPress site, linking each post back to X.
- Permissions: tweet.read, users.read, offline.access. We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: post, repost, like, follow, read direct messages, read other users’ timelines, or use X data for advertising, profiling, or to train AI models.

- Permissions: user_accounts:read, boards:read, pins:read. We request nothing beyond what is needed for display.
- What the app never does: create, edit, save, or delete Pins or boards, follow accounts, read messages or secret boards, read other users’ Pins, access ads or analytics, or use Pinterest data for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.
- Your obligations: connect only an account you own or manage; display only content you have the right to show; keep the attribution and links back to Pinterest that the plugin adds; do not change content so that it misrepresents the original; and remove content from your site when the platform or the rights holder asks.
- Fresh content: the plugin refreshes feeds on a schedule so that deleted or privatized posts disappear from your site. Do not turn off refresh or keep copies of content after you disconnect the account.

7. Product Feed, shoppable posts, and pixels
- Catalogs: you are responsible for the accuracy of product data (prices, stock, descriptions, images) and for complying with the commerce and advertising policies of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Keep catalog URLs private; anyone with the URL can read the file.
- Shoppable posts: tag only your own products, and make sure prices and availability shown match your store.
- Pixels and conversion APIs: you add your own pixel ids and tokens, and events are sent to your own Meta and TikTok accounts. You are responsible for your website’s privacy notice, for getting visitor consent where the law requires it (for example, with a cookie-consent tool), and for complying with Meta’s and TikTok’s business terms.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep WordPress, your hosting, and your admin accounts secure and up to date.
- Publish a privacy policy on your own website that covers the feeds, embeds, and pixels you use.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your website, including privacy, consumer protection, advertising, and copyright laws.
- Give us accurate account and billing information, and keep it current.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- connect accounts you do not own or control, or display content you have no right to show;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from any platform outside its official API, or try to get more data than the permissions allow;
- sell, license, or transfer social platform data, or use it for advertising, profiling, surveillance, data brokering, or training AI models;
- display illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content;
- break, probe, or overload the Services, get around license checks or rate limits, or access them through automated means we have not approved;
- reverse engineer Connect or reuse our app credentials;
- break any platform’s terms or any law.
10. Your content and feedback
You keep all rights to your website, your products, and your social content. We claim no ownership of it, and because the Plugins run on your site, we do not receive it. If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them freely without paying you.
11. Our intellectual property
The Feedliyo name, logo, website, documentation, and the software that runs Connect belong to Feedliyo. Apart from your rights under the GPL in the Plugins’ code, these Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks or branding. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Google Photos, X, Pinterest, WooCommerce, and WordPress are trademarks of their owners. Feedliyo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.
12. Third-party services
The Services work with services we do not control, including the social platforms, WordPress, WooCommerce, Freemius, and your hosting provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.
13. Support, updates, and availability
We provide support by email and through our website for active Pro licenses, and community support for Lite on WordPress.org. We aim to answer within two business days. We release updates to fix bugs, keep up with platform API changes, and add features, but we may change or remove features. We try to keep Connect available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control.
14. Disclaimers
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY PLATFORM API WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL WORK WITH EVERY THEME, PLUGIN, OR HOSTING SETUP. Always keep backups of your website.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Feedliyo against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your website, the content you display, your use of pixels and catalogs, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of a platform’s terms or of the law.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by disconnecting your accounts, deleting the Plugins, and cancelling any renewal. We may suspend or end your access to Connect, license keys, updates, or support if you breach these Terms, if a platform requires it, if we are required to by law, or if your use creates a security risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. If we discontinue a paid service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid annual fee. Sections 9 to 12 and 14 to 21 survive termination.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, a platform’s rules, or the law change — for example, when we add a new channel app. We change the “last updated” date at the top, and for significant changes we notify customers by email or in the plugin at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and, for a paid plan, ask us for a prorated refund of the unused period.
20. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the GPL (for Plugin code) are the whole agreement between us about the Services.
- Severability: if part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver: not enforcing a right now does not waive it later.
- Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including platform API outages.
- Language: these Terms are written in English. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version applies.
